  • Invoices will be charged in Canadian Dollars and are subject to taxes, HST/GST where applicable
  • Payment can be sent to 406-217 Scotland St, Fergus, Ontario N1M 3L8
  • You will be invoiced automatically for your support agreement renewal
  • Prices can be changed without advance notice
  • Support Service, including the ability to download software will cease 10 days after an unpaid support program invoice is due
  • The Support Program can be suspoended or canceled at MCG's sole discretion should invoices be owing and unpaid.
  • There will be a reinstatement charge for customers who wish to resume support service after it has lapsed

2023-2024 Support Program

Terms and Conditions

  • The term available for the 2023-2024 Support Program is 12 Months.
  • Each portion or module of software that is installed carries its own Annual Charge.
  • An Invoice will be sent approximately 30 days from the end of the support coverage, which will cover the LPlus Software that you have installed at the present time.
  • Payment of this Support Program entitles you to the following:
    1. 1. Program Updates as program fixes are implemented and new features are added
      2. Consulting, Problem Analysis and assistance with the use of LPlus Software
  • You will be invoiced annually to continue this support service.
  • Should you choose to not renew your support program, the coverage will cease 10 days after the lapse date of the support program in effect.
  • There will be a reinstatement charge of $750, in addition to the annual charge, for customers whose support program has lapsed, and who wish to reinstate the coverage.
  • Customers whose support program has lapsed will be charged for support service at the current hourly rate with a minimum charge per incident of $75.
  • Customers whose support program has lapsed will be charged $750 for a single download, if required. If the customer is adding a module, the charge for the module will be added to the one-time download invoice.
  • Terms, conditions and prices are subject to change without notice at any time.

LPlus will provide a connection with RemotePC to allow for file transfer and on-line Support.
